Originally from Scotland, Peter is married with two children. Currently between English Springer Spaniels, he is also step-parent to Bak Pak, a Goldendoodle who ensures there is still plenty of canine energy in the family.
Role at Doubtless
As Chief Operating Officer, Peter leads Doubtless’ global Operations function. He focuses on accelerating the delivery of the company’s largest and most strategically important transformation programmes, while establishing consistent operating standards and sharing best practices across the group. As both the function and role are new to Doubtless, Peter is shaping how they support operational excellence, integration and the company’s wider strategic goals.
Qualifications
Peter brings extensive international insurance and operational transformation experience spanning the UK, US, Europe and Asia. Before joining Doubtless, he spent eight years at Aon, most recently serving as COO for US Affinity and Digital Client Solutions. He previously held senior roles at AIG, including Global Head of Shared Services and Operations and Systems Executive for Europe. Peter holds an MA (Hons) in Economics from the University of Dundee.
