Dirk Beeckman is the proud pet parent of Duke, a 6-year-old Small Münsterländer Pointer. Whenever they see an opportunity, rain or shine, Dirk and Duke love going for long walks in the countryside.

Role at Doubtless

Dirk is Doubtless’ Chief Executive Officer. He left his 20+ year financial services career in 2021 to found Doubtless, building it from an idea into the reality it is today.

About

Sanchit Suri is married with two children, and family life keeps him well-grounded outside the office. The household hierarchy is completed by Milo and Dash – two Ragdoll cats who outrank everyone and reliably claim the best spots on the sofa during family movie night.

Role at Doubtless

As Chief Actuarial and Financial Officer, Sanchit shapes Doubtless’ financial strategy and drives long-term value creation, with end-to-end stewardship of financial performance, actuarial risk and capital. Sanchit also leads Doubtless Pet Insurance portfolio in the UK and Europe. So he is doubly responsible for our contribution to UK and Europe pet parents, business partners and our business strategy and performance in that region.

About

Kirk is the pet parent to a beautiful black and grey tabby named Rosie. His love of animals started earlier in childhood, with his favorite companion growing up being his Yellow Lab, Waldo T. Dog.

Role at Doubtless

Kirk is the North America Regional President. He leads a diverse and broad portfolio of modern pet health insurance and wellness brands, positioning Doubtless for profitable growth and category expansion.

Anne Stephens has two beautiful four-legged (mini-dachshund) grandchildren called Bailey and Molly. She is a frequent dog sitter and spoils them rotten.

Role at Doubtless

Anne joins us as Chief Growth Officer. She will oversee the marketing of our insurance brand portfolio and lead innovation, while managing a growing range of connected solutions, including microchip registration, digital platforms, such as adoption services and shelter software, and others, preparing the company for success in the digital agentic future.

Ian grew up with pets always part of the family. These early experiences keep him closely connected to Doubtless’s mission of caring for what matters most to pet parents.

Ian is Doubtless’ Chief Information & Technology Officer, leading the teams that enable our global business to be scalable, secure and innovative. He is driving improvements in operational excellence and exceptional experience delivery across every touchpoint.

Craig White grew up in New Zealand, surrounded by farm animals. Today, his family includes Cosmo, a Border Collie x Golden Retriever smart enough to know exactly when Craig is about to go for a run.

Craig is Global Chief Data Officer at Doubtless, where he leads the transformation of a complex, multi-brand data landscape into a unified enterprise asset.

Caroline Ross grew up surrounded by cats. She’s the adopted mum to her grandparents’ cat – proof that she’ll always make room for one more furry family member!

Caroline is Chief Human Resources Officer in the growing Doubtless business. She’s passionate about creating a workplace where everyone feels supported to do their best work – building a culture rooted in shared values, inclusion and development.

T.J. has always had pets, including three generations of boxers all named ‘Duke’. His home and heart now belong to an immaculately behaved cocker spaniel, Byron.

T.J. serves as Global General Counsel of Doubtless, overseeing strategic transactions and joint ventures, while serving as Secretary to Doubtless’ boards.

Michael Aubourg believes pets are central to family life, and that owners deserve better support through care, insurance and trusted services. In 2026, he ran the London Marathon for Blue Cross and intends to support pet charities across Europe.

Role at Doubtless

Michael leads Doubtless’ global M&A strategy across insurance and adjacent pet services. He joined before the platform’s formal inception in 2021 and helped build the Group from day one, driving over 20 acquisitions.

About

Roy Jubraj has three beautiful children called Sofia, Dylan and Lea.  Sofia has a beautiful dog – which she looks after at her home in Arlington, Virgina.

Role at Doubtless

Roy joins Doubtless as interim Chief Transformation Officer; overseeing several major Global programmes for the business – including a major Business and Technology multi-year transformation programme that will modernise the overall business operating model and enabling technology and data estate.

Michael Sullivan has two Bichon Frises – Cooper (8) and Milo (3). They are irresistibly social yet puzzled by the simple things in life, except for joy, which they bring to the world every day.

Michael leads Clarus Technology, a strategic investment in Doubtless’ non-insurance portfolio to synchronize the cost of care with medical decision-making.
